The terms and conditions of these WE MEMBER activities (including all attachments, hereinafter referred to as "these Terms of use") apply to WE MEMBER activities (hereinafter referred to as "WE MEMBER Event") conducted and operated by WEINSPECTION CO., LTD. (referred to below as "WEINSPECTION"). And constitute a legally binding agreement between WE members (hereinafter referred to as "member" or "you") and WEINSPECTION.
Unless otherwise clearly defined in these Terms and Conditions, certain terms in these Terms and Conditions have the specific meanings given to them in Annex I (Definitions).
The "WEINSPECTION Website Terms of Conditions" and "WEINSPECTION Terms of Use" (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Terms of Use") also apply to WE MEMBER activities and are an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
If there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the terms of use, the provisions of these terms and conditions shall prevail; for matters not covered by these terms and conditions, the terms of use shall prevail. Unless otherwise stated, any reference to "these terms and conditions" below shall be deemed to include the terms of use policy.
Before you register for a WE MEMBER account, please read and fully understand these terms and conditions, especially the bold and underlined terms.
In the process of registering your WE MEMBER account, when you click the button on the operation page or adopt other means approved by WEINSPECTION to confirm the registration of the WE MEMBER account or join the WE MEMBER, you agree to accept these terms and conditions; if You do not agree to accept these terms and conditions or any part contained therein, please do not register for a WE MEMBER account or join the WE MEMBER, and immediately close the operation window related to this.
You acknowledge and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or that you have obtained the consent of your parents or legal guardian although you are under 18) and that you are fully capable of understanding, signing and complying with these terms and conditions.
You can register your WE MEMBER account and create your account password through the WEINSPECTION App (as defined in Annex I, the same below) and other WEINSPECTION online channels.
You have become a member since the date you successfully registered your WE MEMBER account (hereinafter referred to as the " account registration date ").
When you purchase one or more MANDAYs, WEINSPECTION will automatically register your account for you, and will send your account number and password to you. From the date of successful registration of the WE MEMBER account (hereinafter referred to as "account registration date"), you become a WE member.
When registering for a WE MEMBER account, you agree to provide your personal information to us (in the case of you through the WEINSPECTION App or other WEINSPECTION online channels) or you agree that we obtain it from our partner (If you have registered an account in the partner's channel and the account-related information to register the account). You agree to maintain and update your information in a timely manner to ensure that it is accurate, current and complete.
You can use your WE MEMBER account through the WEINSPECTION App, WEINSPECTION's official website, or our partner channels (if any). The functions of the WE MEMBER account available through the above channels are subject to the actual functions that will be open at that time.
After you register for a WE MEMBER account, you need to keep your account information securely, and you should not sell, rebate, or lend your WE MEMBER account to a third party. You are fully responsible for all operations and actions that occur in your WE MEMBER account.
Subject to the terms and conditions of these WE MEMBER activities, you can accumulate points in your WE MEMBER account (hereinafter referred to as "MANDAY")
"MANDAY" here means the points used to determine the membership level;
Unless otherwise stipulated in these terms and conditions, the MANDAY accumulated in your WE MEMBER account is not exchangeable for cash, cannot contain any cash value, be transferred, and cannot be used for purposes other than those explicitly stated in these terms and conditions.
After you register for a WE MEMBER account, the quantity of MANDAY you purchase can be recorded in your account; the records of the MANDAY quantity will be completed after finishing your inspection (the publication of inspection reports is the completion of inspection) in your WE MEMBER account within the next 24 hours.
Members can accumulate MANDAY in the WE MEMBER account in accordance with the provisions of Section 6.2 above. The total number of MANDAYs you have accumulated in your WE MEMBER account is the sum of the number of MANDAYs recorded in previous purchases. MANDAY may be cleared or deducted in accordance with the terms and conditions.
From time to time, WEINSPECTION may launch some marketing activities. In these events, WEINSPECTION may give you a certain number of MANDAY and record them in your WE MEMBER account. WEINSPECTION reserves the right to decide in which events the bonus MANDAY will be presented, as well as the category and quantity of the bonus MANDAY.
You can log in to your WE SYTEM account through the WEINSPECTION App and your computer to check the number of MANDAYs recorded and accumulated in your WE MEMBER account.
From the date of account registration, you have become a Star ONE member.
Unless otherwise stated in these terms and conditions, the WE MEMBER account of a Star ONE member will accumulate MANDAY continuously from the account registration date; however,
(A) If MANDAY be cleared through these terms and conditions, or other means (if any) specified by WEINSPECTION, then all MANDAY accumulated in the WE MEMBER account will be cleared.
When the WE MEMBER account of a Star ONE member accumulates 20 MANDAYs consecutively in accordance with Article 7.1 (2) above, the Star ONE member can upgraded to a Star TWO member.
In addition to the above methods, WEINSPECTION may from time to time launch other products or marketing activities that can upgrade Star ONE members to Star TWO members.
Unless otherwise stipulated in these terms and conditions, once you become a Star TWO Member, you will not be downgraded to a Star ONE Member while your WE MEMBER account is active.
Unless otherwise stipulated in these terms and conditions, the WE MEMBER account of a Star TWO member will accumulate MANDAY continuously, and the accumulated MANDAY will be cleared on the day after the expiration of 12 calendar months from the upgrade date;
(A) If the WE MEMBER account of a Star TWO member has accumulated 5 MANDAY or more within 12 calendar months since the upgrade date, the MANDAY of the Star TWO member will be retained;
(B) If MANDAY cleared through these terms and conditions, or other means (if any) specified by WEINSPECTION, then all MANDAY accumulated in the WE MEMBER account will be cleared.
Star TWO members can enjoy the Star TWO membership benefits in accordance with the provisions of Annex II (membership benefits for members of all levels).
When the WE MEMBER account of a Star TWO member accumulates 80 MANDAYs consecutively in accordance with Article 7.1 (2) above, the Star TWO member can upgrade to a Star THREE member.
In addition to the above methods, WEINSPECTION may from time to time launch other products or marketing activities that can upgrade Star TWO members to Star THREE members.
Unless otherwise stated in these terms and conditions, once you become a Star THREE member, you will not be downgraded to a Star TWO member while your WE MEMBER account is active.
Unless otherwise stated in these terms and conditions, Star THREE’s WE MEMBER account will accumulate MANDAY continuously, and the accumulated MANDAY will be cleared on the day after the expiration of 12 consecutive calendar months from the date of upgrade;
(A) If the WE MEMBER account of a Star THREE member has accumulated 10 MANDAY or more within 12 calendar months since the upgrade date, the MANDAY of the Star THREE member will be retained;
(B) If MANDAY cleared through these terms and conditions, or other means (if any) specified by WEINSPECTION, then all MANDAY accumulated in the WE MEMBER account will be cleared.
Star THREE members can enjoy Star THREE member benefits in accordance with the provisions of Annex II (membership benefits for members of all levels).
When the WE MEMBER account of a Star THREE member accumulates 320 MANDAYs consecutively in accordance with Article 7.1 (2) above, the Star THREE member can upgrade to a Star FOUR member.
In addition to the above methods, WEINSPECTION may from time to time launch other products or marketing activities that can upgrade Star THREE members to Star FOUR members.
Unless otherwise stated in these terms and conditions, once you become a Star FOUR member, you will not be downgraded to a Star THREE member while your WE MEMBER account is active.
Unless otherwise provided in these terms and conditions, the WE MEMBER account of a Star FOUR member will accumulate MANDAY continuously, and the accumulated MANDAY will be cleared on the day after the expiration of 12 consecutive calendar months from the upgrade date; however,
(A) If the WE MEMBER account of a Star FOUR member has accumulated 50 MANDAY or more in 12 consecutive calendar months since the date of upgrade, the MANDAY of the Star FOUR member will be retained;
(B) If MANDAY cleared through these terms and conditions, or other means (if any) specified by WEINSPECTION, then all MANDAY accumulated in the WE MEMBER account will be cleared.
Star FOUR members can enjoy the Star FOUR membership benefits in accordance with the provisions of Annex II (membership benefits for members of all levels).
When the WE MEMBER account of a Star FOUR member accumulates to 960 MANDAYs consecutively in accordance with Article 7.1 (2) above, the Star FOUR member can upgrade to a Star FIVE member.
In addition to the above methods, WEINSPECTION may from time to time launch other products or marketing activities that can upgrade Star FOUR members to Star FIVE members.
Unless otherwise stated in these terms and conditions, when MANDAY is cleared in a Star FIVE member's account, you will be downgraded to a Star FOUR member.
Unless otherwise stated in these terms and conditions, the WE MEMBER account of a Star FIVE member will accumulate MANDAY continuously, and the accumulated MANDAY will be cleared on the day after the expiration of 12 consecutive calendar months from the upgrade date; however,
(A) If the WE MEMBER account of a Star FIVE member has accumulated 100 MANDAYs or more within 12 calendar months since the date of upgrade, the MANDAY of the Star FIVE member will be retained;
(B) If MANDAY cleared through these terms and conditions, or other means (if any) specified by WEINSPECTION, then all MANDAY accumulated in the WE MEMBER account will be cleared.
Star FIVE members can enjoy the Star FIVE membership benefits in accordance with the provisions of Annex II (membership benefits for members of all levels).
8.1 Unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions, all references to “Member Rewards” in the following include Star ONE Membership Rewards, Star TWO Membership Rewards, Star THREE Membership Rewards, Star FOUR Membership Rewards and Star FIVE Membership Rewards which provided in Article 7 of this Terms and Conditions, or any other rewards you may receive as a WE MEMBER.
8.2 When participating in the WE MEMBER event, you need to email your WEINSPECTION account manager in order to redeem the rewards in your WE MEMBER account.
8.3 Unless otherwise stated by WEINSPECTION, when redeem membership rewards, only one reward coupon can be used, two or more coupons cannot be used at the same time.
8.4 Once the membership reward is redeemed, the corresponding e-coupon will be automatically removed from your WE MEMBER account.
8.5 After the expiration date of the membership rewards, the corresponding e-coupon will be automatically removed from your WE MEMBER account, and you cannot get any refund or compensation for the unused membership rewards that expires.
8.6 When a Member uses a Membership reward to receive a service or product, for that service or product, you cannot use the second Membership rewards coupons at the same time.
For the same service purchased by member, you can only use one membership reward coupon.
8.7 In addition to the membership benefits provided in these Terms and Conditions, WEINSPECTION may launch other market activities from time to time, and members may receive additional benefits in such events.
9.1 If a completed purchase is cancelled due to a dispute or a WEINSPECTION correction error (hereinafter referred to as "the purchase was cancelled"), then:
(1) If you used cash to pay for the returned service, WEINSPECTION will refund you by cash or bank transfer;
(2) If you have previously paid for the returned service using another valid payment method, the refund will generally be returned to you in the same way as the way you paid for the service, under requirements of different refund ways of WEINSPECTION, laws and relevant payment institution, this different regulations on the refund channel or method shall be followed.
9.2 In the event of a purchase being cancelled, WEINSPECTION will adjust your membership level, MANDAY and / or membership benefits.
In order to ensure the normal operation of WE MEMBER activities and protect your rights under WE MEMBER account, WEINSPECTION will send you WE MEMBER communications from time to time. (See definition in Annex I, the same below) Please note that when you click the "Sign up for WE MEMBER account" button below, you agree that WEINSPECTION may send you WE MEMBER communications from time to time. You will not be able to opt out of receiving WE MEMBER communications. If you do not wish to receive WE MEMBER communications, then please do not click on "Sign up for WE MEMBER account".
In addition to the WE MEMBER communications, you have the right to choose whether to receive other communications through the WEINSPECTION official website or the WEINSPECTION App (see definition in Annex I, the same below). These other communications are optional and are not a required part of WE MEMBER activities.
You can apply to us to cancel your WE MEMBER account. When we accept your cancellation request, your WE MEMBER account will be terminated.
If you do not comply with these terms and conditions or if you use your WE MEMBER account in violation of relevant laws, regulations or rules, WEINSPECTION reserves the right to terminate your WE MEMBER account immediately.
When your WE MEMBER account is terminated, all MANDAY and all membership benefits accumulated in your WE MEMBER account will be cleared at the same time. Unless otherwise required by laws and regulations, you will not be refunded or compensated for any MANDAY or membership benefits.
12.1 WEINSPECTION reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. In such cases, WEINSPECTION will notify you in advance by email or post the revised terms and conditions on WEINSPECTION's official website, except that WEINSPECTION cannot be notified or publicized in advance in accordance with relevant laws, regulations or rules; The revised terms and conditions will take effect on the effective date specified in them. You should log in to the WEINSPECTION official website regularly to check the revision of terms and conditions.
12.2 If you use your WE MEMBER account on or after the effective date stated in the revised terms and conditions, you agree and accept the revised terms and conditions.
12.3 If you do not agree to the revised terms and conditions, then you must use the membership benefits before the membership benefits expires or before the revised terms and conditions come into effect, whichever is earlier. Then you should stop using your WE MEMBER account. Alternatively, you can also apply to WEINSPECTION to terminate your WE MEMBER account in accordance with Article 11 above before the revised terms and conditions come into effect.
13.1 WEINSPECTION reserves the right to terminate WE MEMBER activities at any time. If WEINSPECTION decides to terminate the WE MEMBER activities, WEINSPECTION will notify you in advance by email or make an announcement on the WEINSPECTION official website, except that WEINSPECTION cannot notify or make an announcement in advance according to relevant laws, regulations or regulations; WE MEMBER activities will end on the termination date stated in the notice or announcement. You should log on to the WEINSPECTION official website regularly to check whether the WE MEMBER activities have been terminated or will be terminated soon.
13.2 If WEINSPECTION terminates the WE MEMBER activities, your WE MEMBER account will be terminated at the same time, and all MANDAY and all member benefits accumulated in your account will be cleared. Unless otherwise required by laws and regulations, you will not be refunded or compensated for any MANDAY or membership benefits.
13.3 Except as provided in this Article, WEINSPECTION does not assume any other obligations or responsibilities for the termination of WE MEMBER activities.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Chinese law.
Any disputes, disputes or claims arising out of these terms and conditions or in connection with WE MEMBER activities, WE MEMBER accounts shall first be negotiated through the friendly parties of such disputes, disputes or claims If it cannot be resolved through friendly negotiation, it shall be submitted to the Shenzhen International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (Shenzhen International Arbitration Center) for arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules in effect when applying for arbitration. The arbitral award is final and binding on the parties.
These terms and conditions are in Chinese; the English translation is for reference only and has no legal effect.
Unless otherwise defined in these Terms and Conditions, the following terms in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meaning of this Annex I. The defined words contained in this annex I are arranged in the order of their phonetic letters:
