Sample Picking involves the inspector randomly selecting samples from the lot of cargo. The inspector takes photos of the samples and records the seal number (if applicable) in the sampling report. Each sample is labeled with identification labels from Weinspection, sealed with Weinspection tape, and then delivered to the customer or laboratory.
Typically, the following items are included in Weinspection's SAM sampling report:
● Item number of the picked samples
● Quantity of the picked samples
● Identification of the picked samples
● Destination of the picked samples
The sampling report is issued to the factory once the SAM sampling is completed. Weinspection guarantees that the formal report will be delivered to the customer within 24 hours of the sampling's completion.
